The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason.
The Customer may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract using the withdrawal form below, by sending it to the contact e-mail address: ochpaproch@gmail.com
The goods, together with proof of purchase, should be returned at the Customer's expense to the following address: Dominika Dziekan, ul. Spadzista 4/55, 33-100 Tarnów
Only products in good condition (not worn or washed), with tags and in original packaging can be returned.
The Seller shall refund the Customer's payments within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, provided that the refund of payments may be suspended until the Seller receives the goods.
